Service Delivery Executive

About the role

Cyderes is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Executive to serve as the dedicated security lead for a strategic energy sector client based in Atlanta. In this dedicated role, you will be the single point of accountability for delivering managed security services. You will oversee our client relationship at the executive level and ensure the program meets commercial and operational expectations. This is a high-visibility position that requires equal parts technical credibility, and program management rigor. You will work with our client's security leadership. This includes the CISO and senior partners. Additionally, you will coordinate multiple teams. This team will deliver outcomes across SOC operations, threat intelligence, incident response, and technology adoption.
