Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Marble Falls, Tx

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA
• supervision across home, school, and center-based
• settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter
• documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each
• session
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior
• intervention plans (BIPs)
• Participate in the 7-day & 30-day new hire check-in
• process
• Maintain professional communication with families
• and report observations to supervising BCBA

Requirements

• Required : High School Diploma
• Required : RBT Certification
• Preferred : Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
