Position Summary: Barry-Wehmiller is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to manage and grow the Converting Solutions Aftermarket Business in India. This role will lead the aftermarket business operations in India and drive regional aftermarket strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Regional Aftermarket Leadership:
- Develop and implement the aftermarket business strategy for India, driving growth, operational excellence, and customer-centric solutions. Oversee aftermarket Field Service and Parts Sales for the India market, ensuring exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster strong partnerships with customers to maximize equipment uptime, service responsiveness, and lifecycle value.
- Collaboration & Team Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams in India. Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, product management, and supply chain functions.
- Operational & Financial Accountability:
- Manage P&L, optimize aftermarket operations, and lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on profitability and service excellence.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity, providing insights and business updates to global leadership.
- Travel:
- Travel within India markets to engage with teams, customers, and partners. Possible incidental travel to Japan or with EMEA for team meetings.
