Responsibilities
- Adhere to Terex safety policies and procedures

- Follow paint production schedule to determine parts to load.
- Visually inspects and loads components onto automatic conveyor paint line.
- Basic understanding of assembly processes.

Requirements
- Willing to train
- Previous years of experience in powder coat painting in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to successfully pass a respirator test
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and 40-100 lbs. with assistance of others or lifting equipment provided
- Possess beginning to working knowledge of the subject matter
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to accurately read and understand tape measurements
- Understand and demonstrate basic computer skills
- Strong orientation toward safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Previous experience working with hand and air tools is desired
- Previous experience working in a fast paced environment is desired
- Familiarity within a manufacturing environment is desired
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to possess good mechanical aptitude
- Ability to effectively communicate with all team members
- Ability to function as a team member and contribute to group goals while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a responsible manner
- Ability to recognize potential safety hazards and take appropriate actions to minimize risks

- The compensation range for this position is $21.00-$22.50 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
