Responsibilities
- Serves as main point of contact and lead administrator for Reliance Standard's Retirement Services Salesforce instance.

- Routine data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed. Assist in mass data updates to Salesforce using data loader or other tools.
- Manage the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud architecture and ongoing maintenance.
- Conduct training sessions for users and create comprehensive documentation for essential processes. Train new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization. Ensure all internal Salesforce users have adequate and up-to-date training to ensure consistency and data integrity.
- Ensure the data management needs of the growing organization are met, new technologies are identified, and industry best practices are maintained and help build a roadmap for future growth.
- Work closely with implementation partners and external vendors to deliver new features and enhancements to fruition.
- Work closely with the department leaders to provide guidance and a better understanding of the marketing tools by compiling data, building processes, and leveraging reports and dashboards that provide important insights.
- Own Salesforce user access support, including login issues, password resets, MFA troubleshooting and user account lockout issues.
- Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce required.
- Thorough knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Thorough knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Data Loader.
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft office.
- Proficiency and advanced Excel experience for reporting and analyzing purposes.
- Thorough understanding of marketing monitoring and reporting with best practice knowledge and use of Marketing Cloud for Account Engagement.
- Required Certifications: Salesforce Administrator

Job Responsibilities and Requirements The Salesforce Administrator will be a key player in the launch, adoption, and ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce system for Reliance Standard's Retirement Services division. The Administrator will oversee and update the Salesforce system, applying best practices while maintaining compliant security settings.
