- Understand the Consultative Sales Approach
- -Ability to be coached, learn and retain information, and develop sales skills
- -Openness to take on more responsibility as management sees fit
- -Be comfortable with prospecting, meeting in a professional manager with veterinarians and staff, and complete demonstration of products
- -Desire to become a best-in-class sales professional in the veterinary space
- -Desire to participate in a "Sales Rotational" program learning various aspects of outside and inside sales
- -Interested in traveling for up to 1 week at a time across the U.S
- -Availability to relocate as necessary when available Sales Territory Manager position becomes available
- -Enthusiasm to earn compensation based on performance
Requirements
- Some sales experience or equivalent education ideal
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree in in Business, Marketing or related field required.
