• Required MOM registered safety officer.
• Preferred with Semiconductor industry experience

WSHO Responsibilities Conduct safety follow-up and monitoring for EPI (Equipment, Plant & Installation) decommissioning, decontamination, and dismantling activities. Ensure all work activities comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements, risk assessments, and safe work procedures. Provide safety support and guidance for contractor management activities, including monitoring contractor compliance with site safety requirements. Review and support Permit-to-Work (PTW) processes to ensure proper authorization, control measures, and compliance before work commencement. Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and follow up on safety observations, corrective actions, and improvement measures. Support incident prevention initiatives through hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety briefings/toolbox meetings. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders on WSH matters during project activities. Maintain proper WSH documentation, reports, and records as required by regulatory and project requirements.
