About the role

The Office Supervisor supervises and coordinates the functions of the office by providing support and guidance to the staff. Consults with the Practice Manager regarding methods for controlling operational costs and maintaining efficient office operations. Assumes responsibility for the Practice Manager's role in his/her absence. Experience & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of relevant healthcare experience, plus 2 years of leadership experience. Knowledge of medical billing and diversified insurance plans. Basic understanding of general office procedures and general accounting principles. Solid understanding of coding and third-party requirements. Medical Clinic experience preferred. Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) as defined Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm Location: Will travel from Frisco and Prosper ENT weekly.
