Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' related experience
- Project management execution and budget management experience
- Experience with travel and logistics coordination
- Responsive, thoughtful communication abilities
- Ability to build and maintain effective, positive relationships
- Experience interacting respectfully and positively with associates at all levels (ranging entry level to CEO)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint creation for executive audience

- Base Salary Range
- $79,400.00 - $112,175.00

At a high level, the role will typically break out into the following approximate percentages of time: 40% media/social media and conference appearance coordination and related travel arrangements, 35% support high-level projects, 25% research operations support,. This role will operate in a hybrid environment; reporting to the downtown Chicago office as necessary.
