Job Purpose: Support Maghreb Sales operations lead to ensuring efficient execution of the commercial activities with Haleon partners in Maghreb Markets Job Related Experience: Translate RTM strategy into actions to ensure Haleon brands availability and accessibility across different trade channels in Maghreb markets. Set Local and communicate sales targets and ensure alignment with executional excellence agenda across different markets . Lead sales MIS dashboards and data analysis to enhance sales team performance and productivity as well to understand the ROI of all in store activities. Proactively combine the in-market insights to understand the business issues and risks through efficient data analytics and provide mitigation plans. Custodian and Owner of SOPs & Policies pertaining to sales & Commercial Excellence operations. Responsible for regular Management Monitoring to ensure robust governance and healthy commercial hygiene in Maghreb countries Establish concrete controls over sales & stock reporting and perform regular reconciliation with primary sales. Lead & maintain critical information related to third parties contracts, payment terms, Due diligence Why you? Qualifications & Skills EXCELLENT FRENCH LANGUAGE COMMUNICATION IS Preferred 2 years of c Sales Experience with previous Sales Operations and Field Sales exposure. Experience of direct Distribution Management . Must have clear understanding of Retail Audit or Other data sources, with ability to drive actionable insights from it Strong knowledge and understanding of distributor operations.
