Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Director Transformation- Enterprise Salesforce Business Owner Primary tasks include: Define and lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and planning for Salesforce CRM across the fleet business. Partner with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities to optimize Salesforce capabilities in support of sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and operational execution. Serve as the product leader for Salesforce CRM, establishing priorities, use cases, and a multi-year roadmap aligned to business strategy. Translating business needs into a clear CRM strategy and articulate how Salesforce should be leveraged to drive adoption, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes. Establish governance for Salesforce enhancements, prioritization, and release planning in partnership with key stakeholders. Partner with technology and functional leaders (e.g., IT, UX, Operations, Product) to align best practices, digital enablement opportunities, and process improvements that advance operational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and maintain a project roadmap, ensuring deliverables are aligned to business priorities, timelines, and user needs. Define, track, and report performance metrics and adoption of KPIs to evaluate progress and inform decision-making. Drive stakeholder engagement and adoption, partnering with business leaders to encourage sustained use of tools, systems, or processes. Lead assigned workstreams, establishing clear timelines, accountability structures, and execution plans in coordination with project management resources. Collaborate with Change Management and Communications teams to build awareness, readiness, and engagement among impacted audiences. Actively contributes to cross-functional governance or transformation forums, sharing progress, dependencies, and risks to ensure enterprise alignment. Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership and other key stakeholders in a clear, concise, and metric-driven matter. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or alternative relevant technical field 12+ years of overall professional career experience 7-10 years of Salesforce product leadership experience, including ownership of CRM vision, roadmap, and business-facing strategy. Demonstrated experience defining and communicating a compelling product vision and driving alignment across business and technical stakeholders. Experience leading CRM adoption, platform governance, and cross-functional prioritization in a complex business environment.
