Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting processes for senior and corporate-level roles across multiple functions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to define hiring strategies, interview processes, and candidate profiles
  • Design and structure interview panels, assessments, and evaluation frameworks aligned with role competencies
  • Develop sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent for complex and business-critical hires
  • Build and manage strong talent pipelines while maintaining an excellent candidate experience
  • Utilize recruiting tools and data to optimize hiring processes, improve efficiency, and drive hiring outcomes
  • Act as a strategic talent partner to stakeholders across the business

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and corporate roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions
  • Experience partnering with leadership teams and hiring managers in fast-paced environments
  • Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities for complex searches
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • English level: C1
