Responsibilities

• Project Support: Assist senior team members in executing consulting projects, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
• Client Coordination: Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and follow-ups.
• Reporting & Documentation: Draft research reports, prepare presentation decks (PowerPoint), and compile meeting minutes.
• Bilingual Engagement: Communicate effectively with regional stakeholders and Mandarin-speaking clients, including translating business documents when required.

Requirements

• Education: Open to all disciplines; a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English. Must be able to understand and converse fluently in Chinese/Mandarin to effectively manage and support Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.
