IT Corp System Administrator

Responsibilities

• The IT-Corp Sys admin will be part of a global Corporate IT team and will report to the IT Support team leader located in Israel
• Support Payoneer employees globally
• Troubleshooting of software, hardware and network issues
• Working closely with the cyber security team
• Workstations maintenance - deploy, configure and upgrades
• Maintaining corporate cloud solution (Windows365, Azure VDI, Office 365, etc.)
• Keep track of all IT inventory- Hardware, software and licenses
• Supporting corporate collaboration platforms (video conferencing, phone system, etc.)
• Bring new initiatives to the team (processes, procedures, automations, etc.)

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role
• Great personality skills and service oriented
• Team player, out of the box thinker and creative
• Experience with MDM solutions like SCCM/Intune/jamf
• Tier 1 for customers seeking technical assistance
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and MacOS
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365 (Exchange online, Azure AD, SharePoint)
• Installation & management of end user workstations (hardware, software & operating system)
• Knowledge of network fundamentals (WIFI & LAN & VPN)
• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms & solutions (Teams Room OS)
• High level of spoken and written in English
• Advantage:
