Responsibilities
- Working on the Tech Bar providing 1st line technical support via phone and email, resolving customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Log all incidents and requests and ensure that they are appropriately prioritized and assigned to the relevant team for resolution.

- 2 -3 years of experience in IT Support role
- An understanding of the ITIL V4/5 Framework
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to pivot and work under pressure
- Diagnose/resolve incidents, including networking, server and desktop issues
- Support Microsoft Azure, Office 365
- Document solutions within Service Now / Write KB's
- Provide on site and Remote and on sight support
- A proactive attitude and eager
