Responsibilities

  • Own the technical integration of the vehicle platform, autonomous driving ( AD) system, platform components, and backend systems
  • Ensure seamless end- to- end integration across systems, functions, and domains
  • Analyze hardware and software integration issues and identify root causes across the entire system chain
  • Develop and evaluate cause- and- effect chains and system dependencies to enable structured troubleshooting
  • Coordinate resolution actions with responsible stakeholders across software, hardware, platform, and backend domains
  • Support system integration, bring- up, and testing activities at both vehicle and platform levels
  • Track and manage integration issues through to sustainable resolution across multiple teams
  • Collaborate closely with system architecture, development teams, and program management
  • Ensure transparency on integration status, risks, and technical dependencies
  • What will help you to fulfill your role
  • Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or similar
  • Experience in automotive development, such as autonomous driving or ADAS systems, E/ E architecture, or vehicle platforms.
  • Strong technical understanding of complex vehicle systems and software- hardware integration.
  • Proven experience in program or project management within engineering organizations.
  • Structured, analytical working style with strong coordination and communication skills.
