Responsibilities
- Manage the occupational health department including equipment, budgets, stock, and clinical contracts
- Own and maintain occupational health policies, procedures, and confidential medical data management

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
- Clear, confident communicator able to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Good understanding of occupational hygiene and the link between health and workplace environment

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the health and wellbeing of the workforce at our Grangemouth manufacturing site. As Occupational Health Manager , you will run the full occupational health function - from health surveillance and fitness-for-work assessments to trend analysis, policy ownership, and wellbeing programmes - ensuring the site meets its legal obligations while genuinely supporting the people who work here.
