About the role

The Head of ZipZap is a senior leadership role responsible for running ZipZap's consumer and corporate subscription business end-to-end. You will own the business P&L across sales, customer experience, supply, operations, and finance: leading sales and growth, owning pricing and positioning, and making the commercial and operational decisions that move the business forward. You will report into our C-suite, building a high-performing team and the processes behind them to grow ZipZap sustainably and profitably. How You Will Make An Impact Own the ZipZap P&L, taking accountability for revenue, margin, and subscriber growth, and forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on the business while protecting unit economics and retention. Set and continuously refine ZipZap's pricing and positioning in the market, balancing growth, margin, and competitiveness, and making the calls on plans, tiers, and offers. Own the full acquisition funnel and the sales engine, setting the sales strategy, targets, and incentive frameworks, and staying hands-on in coaching and sharpening the sales process to drive subscriber growth. Grow the subscriber base across both consumer (B2C) subscriptions and B2B corporate lease, developing new sources of demand including corporate and fleet leasing, new lead sources, and new segments, and deciding where to invest for the best return. Design and continuously improve the customer experience and retention model, build scalable CX and service-recovery processes, and drive renewal. Strengthen the operational and finance backbone, including contracts, collections, billing, and the handoffs between sales, CX, and operations. Put in place documented, repeatable processes and systems that allow the team to grow capacity as the business scales. Lead and develop the ZipZap team across sales and operations, including the Manager, Subscription Sales who reports into this role, through regular performance management, coaching, and clear, values-aligned structure. Collaborate strategically with Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, Fleet Supply and the wider GetGo organisation to secure what the business needs, presenting accurate reporting and surfacing risks and recommendations to leadership early. What Makes You A Great Fit Minimum of eight (8) years of experience, with a proven track record in a commercial leadership role such as general management or running a business unit with P&L ownership. A driven, result-oriented, and high-integrity leader who brings structure, turning what works into scalable, repeatable processes and inspiring a team to align with our values. Broad, end-to-end business experience spanning operations, customer experience, supply, and finance, with the ability to see how they connect into a single P&L. Demonstrated sales leadership as a minimum expectation, with a track record of building, scaling, and managing a sales team to meet and exceed targets, including hiring, training, setting incentives, and managing performance. Strong analytical and commercial judgement, using data to decide where to invest, how to price, and what to prioritise, and able to defend those decisions to senior leadership. An adept and articulate communicator with strong presentation skills, able to build trust with customers, partners, the team, and executive leadership. Knowledge and experience in the automotive, mobility, leasing, or subscription industry, or another operationally complex consumer business, is strongly preferred. Proficient in working with CRM software and Google Suite. A valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence and the ability to drive various types of vehicles will be advantageous.
