Job Summary : Ensures accurate books and records to support business decisions, and for statutory reporting, and managing operations and accounting as information repository for Family Office. Work Activities 1. Review of operation and Report generation a. Review payment lists and expense records (in excel templates) b. Upload records to accounting system c. Bank reconciliation for expense and cash balances against reports in accounting system d. Maintain records in accounting system e. Generating various expense report, Expense budget variance reports, Cashflow reports, weekly cash reports 2. Accounting for financial, tax and statutory reporting a. Preparing financial statements for entities and for consolidated Family Office b. Preparing GST assessments for payments to/refunds from IRAS c. Preparing tax information and reports for tax reporting d. Preparing financials for statutory reports e. Ensure that all statutory and internal deadlines are met for reporting purposes f. Assisting with yearly budget forecast and periodic budget updates 3. Collaboration with other parties a. Meeting info requests b. Managing and reviewing operations processes as part of internal controls c. Liaise with tax agents and external service providers
