About the role
Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the marketing of ABB's offerings to targeted market segments and manage the offerings throughout their lifecycle, in line with market needs and division/product group/business line strategy and targets. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid The role is to orchestrate and leverage all existing domain expertise of FPSO across the global Energy Industries organization, while also developing specialized capabilities within a specific vertical to benefit the entire Division Owning the global vertical business strategy, development and external collaborations. Supporting in the development and intensively promote digital solutions owing to specific segment specialization within floating offshore segment. Serving as reference point for early engagement with key strategic customers Owning and maintaining a fit-for-purpose product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and channeling requirements to Innovation and Technology and Marketing & Communications Developing sales enablement tools that deliver value across all regions globally Orchestrating FPSO global strategy carefully reading the current & future market needs and collaborate with team to implement. Developing FPSO global internal framework and governance by involving all the stake-holders. Mapping the available different technology in market for FPSO and feedback ABB global technology / R&D team to calibrate the ABB solutions. Qualifications for the role Engineering background with around 15 years of experience out of which at least 10 years in FPSO segment in process flow area, digital optimization, energy efficiency etc. Experience in product management value chain, taking leadership and driving segment level customer engagement. Thorough knowledge in FPSO and / or FLNG process optimization in process control systems and digitalization solutions. Knowledge of Marine systems, FPSO, including class rules like ABS, and DNV. Hands-on experience for business development, marketing, engineering, project management & construction of FPSO projects. Good understanding of entire FPSO value chain including FPSO investment, supply chain, construction, operation. Knowledge of overall FPSO design including associated process & operation requirement. Experience in developing strong customer and internal relationships based on business needs.
