Job Description: As the job of privacy moves beyond law, policy, and compliance and into operations and the actualization of information technology, we are seeking a driven and highly motivated Data Privacy Engineer to join our dynamic Information Security team. This pivotal role is essential for advancing and carrying out our comprehensive information security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance initiatives across the organization. The Senior Privacy Engineer will be instrumental in building and maintaining the infrastructure and processes necessary to sustain a robust, enterprise-wide data privacy program. This is a proactive, technical leadership role responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex, scalable data privacy solutions, and requires a strong software engineering background and experience in core principles of modern privacy laws including Transparency, Individual Rights, Consent & Opt-Out, and Data Minimization The Sr. Data Privacy Engineer will serve at the primary liaison across all business functions to ensure consistent adherence to regulatory requirements, ensure all data privacy operations and data processing activities adhere to global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and company objectives, and be responsible for reviewing, optimizing, and implementing existing technologies, including Atlan, Salesforce, Snowflake, Transcend, and other technologies.
