  • The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday; 11am-8pm (EST) which is 10am-7pm CST and 9am-6pm (MST) and 8am-5 pm (PST). 2nd shift differential pay for EST. NOTE: During training, the hours will be 9am-6pm EST.

  • Pay Range: $15.50 - 16.25 an houror State/Local minimum wage, if higher.

Labcorp's Patient Customer Service department within the Revenue Cycle Management division is seeking energetic, passionate BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) customer service focused individuals who seek solutions to challenging patient billing issues. The responsibilities for this opportunity include: - Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office and/or private insurance carriers. - 85% of calls will be assisting Spanish speaking customers. - Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances. - Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone - Maintain performance goals - Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program. - During training, the hours will be 9am-6pm EST.
