This role reports to the Head of Risk and Compliance and will work closely with stakeholders, and key business functions to drive risk oversight, support regulatory and governance deliverables. Job Description: Provide support for distribution, market conduct, and compliance risk oversight, including the assessment of emerging risks, control gaps, and regulatory implications. Support risk assessments, thematic reviews, and monitoring of representative activities. Review complaints, incidents, investigation outcomes, and conduct-related matters to assess root causes, control effectiveness, and required remediation actions. Support oversight of outsourcing and third-party arrangements, including monitoring of key obligations, issue escalation, and follow-up on agreed actions. Engage cross-functional stakeholders to drive compliance reviews, issue resolution, project deliverables, and timely closure of action items. Undertake other strategic or ad hoc risk and compliance assignments as directed by the Head of Risk and Compliance. Who we are looking for: Experience in risk, compliance, regulatory governance, or conduct oversight within a regulated financial institution. Sound understanding of financial advisory regulations, market conduct expectations, and governance requirements. Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight timelines. Confident operating independently in a fast-paced and evolving regulatory environment. Experience in project delivery, cross-functional coordination, or governance reporting will be an advantage. Working Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience in risk, compliance, regulatory governance, conduct risk, or related control functions.
