We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Resource Manager to join our Clinical Resourcing team supporting global clinical development programs. This highly visible role serves as a strategic partner to Clinical Operations leadership and plays a critical role in ensuring the right resources are available at the right time to support successful study delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a resource management professional who thrives in a fast-paced CRO environment and enjoys combining workforce strategy, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and operational problem-solving. Please Note: This role requires prior Clinical Resourcing and/or Clinical Operations Resource Management experience within a CRO environment. Candidates must have direct experience owning resource planning, workforce allocation, forecasting, utilization management, and resourcing decisions supporting clinical research programs. **This is not an HR Resource Manager position. Candidates whose experience is limited to administrative staffing coordination, assignment tracking, or facilitating resource requests through line managers without ownership of resourcing decisions will not be considered.** Strong preference will be given to candidates located in the Raleigh-Durham area who can work in a hybrid environment. Exceptional remote candidates with highly relevant experience may be considered.
