Our Mail and Document Management Operations Support team plays a meaningful role at Blue Cross of Idaho, processing incoming and/or fulfillment of outgoing mail, scanning correspondence, performing quality review, and maintaining print and material inventory. This is an onsite position located at our Meridian Idaho campus. Experience in large enterprise-level mail service, clerical office and/or administrative experience is strongly preferred. Your day may look like: Opens, sorts, scans, and delivers incoming and inter-office mail. Receives, prepares, and fulfills outbound mail jobs. Operates mail service equipment and provides first level troubleshooting with equipment malfunctions. Triages documents. Records production metrics and project reporting. Assists with resolving issues. Participates in special projects and cross-trains as needed. Upon training, identifies appropriate lines of business to complete for sorting and scanning projects. Manages, coordinates and monitors projects, as needed. Liaison between business partners and vendors, as necessary. Analyzes invoices, verifies receipt of goods, and processes payments, as required. Provides analytical support with department metrics and reporting. Assists in the creation and updating of procedures and service level agreements related to all aspects of the department. Assists leadership with apparel, on-line store, and promotional items. As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current hourly pay range is $16.68 to $23.34. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus (variable depending on company and employee performance). The pay range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, travel requirements, internal equity, business or organizational needs, and alignment with market data. At Blue Cross of Idaho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for the position. Compensation decisions are dependent on factors and circumstances at the time of offer.
