Learn more at careers.alight.com .We are seeking an experienced TPA and Insurance Regulatory Licensing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in TPA licensing and insurance producer/entity licensing. These qualifications are required for consideration.Core ResponsibilitiesApplication Management - Review and process new and renewal licensing applications for accuracy and compliance.Regulatory Monitoring - Track state insurance and TPA regulatory changes to ensure all credentials remain current.Record Maintenance - Maintain organized, secure, and audit‑ready licensing records.Internal Support - Provide guidance on licensing requirements and respond to inquiries from staff and partners.Required QualificationsMinimum 3 years of TPA licensing or insurance producer/entity licensingSolid understanding of state statutes and regulatory terminology.Proficiency with databases, MS Office, and AI/Copilot tools.Application and InterviewAlight requires all virtual interviews to be conducted on video.
