Role and Responsibilities This role focuses on managing and optimizing sales operations processes in Plano, Texas. The Senior Professional I will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals, provide insightful reporting on sales performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities : Monitor sales quotas to ensure team members are meeting their targets and provide timely interventions and support as needed. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets. Oversee and refine the sales process from lead generation through to the closing of deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient journey for both sales teams and customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to align efforts with overall business objectives. Regularly produce detailed reports and provide actionable insights on sales performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
