This Position: The Assistant Director of Student Services plays a key role in supporting the academic, personal, and co-curricular success of students in the Two-Year MBA and Master of Professional Studies programs. This highly student-facing position, in conjunction with the wider Student Services team, provides support for a diverse population of approximately 750 Ithaca-based professional students and works collaboratively with faculty, staff, and campus partners to foster an inclusive, engaging student experience. The Assistant Director provides comprehensive academic advising and personal support, helping students navigate degree requirements, course planning, and academic policies. The role also contributes to academic support initiatives, including tutoring coordination and collaboration with academic standards and integrity processes. A strong emphasis is placed on international student engagement, including orientation programming, cultural transition support, and partnership with campus offices on visa-related processes. In addition, the Assistant Director supports student programming and events, contributes to daily operations through cross-functional collaboration, manages student communications and advising systems, and participates in committee work related to student opportunities. This role is part of a collaborative Student Services team and works closely with partners across admissions, student activities, career management, and other key areas to enhance the overall student experience.
