Responsibilities
- Command the Executive Calendar: Ruthlessly prioritize the SVP's time against key strategic objectives, site-wide initiatives, and shifting global priorities, ensuring optimal daily productivity.
- Design Automated Workflows: Build and implement automated processes to streamline approvals, expense reporting, and operational tracking, moving away from manual data entry.
- Drive Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and global functional leaders to align daily site execution with long-term strategic roadmaps, ensuring swift and accurate information flow.
- Elevate Executive Communications: Draft, review, and refine high-impact executive communications, all-hands presentations, leadership briefs, and site-wide announcements.
- Orchestrate Global Travel: Manage complex, multi-leg international and domestic travel itineraries, anticipating logistical hurdles, securing visas, and preparing comprehensive briefing materials.
- Manage Leadership Cadence: Drive the operational rhythm of the India leadership team by building targeted agendas, capturing actionable insights, and relentlessly tracking deliverables to completion.
- Coordinate High-Profile Visits: Direct end-to-end logistics for visiting global executives, managing facility readiness, localized event programming, and cross-team scheduling.
- Safeguard Confidentiality: Manage highly sensitive organizational, financial, and personnel information with absolute discretion, functioning as a trusted vault for site leadership.
- Champion Site Culture: Lead internal culture-building initiatives, leadership offsites, and team-building events to maintain high employee engagement as the GCC scales.
- Triage and Resolve: Act as the first line of defense for incoming requests and communications, resolving operational bottlenecks independently before they escalate to the SVP.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of total professional experience, with at least 3 years explicitly supporting a senior executive (VP or C-suite) in a fast-paced, matrixed corporate environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to distill complex, global communications into clear, actionable executive summaries.
- Advanced proficiency in enterprise productivity suites (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint).
- Demonstrated proactive problem-solving abilities; a track record of anticipating executive needs and neutralizing roadblocks before they occur.
- High emotional intelligence, resilience, and the interpersonal agility to build strong, high-trust relationships across diverse global teams.
Requirements
- Hands-on proficiency with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Microsoft Lists) to independently build and deploy operational efficiencies.
- Prior experience supporting leadership during the rapid scaling of a Global Capability Centre (GCC) or a high-growth technology startup.
- Industry experience within a global fintech, financial services, or payments organization is preferable.
- Proven track record of supporting an executive through significant organizational transformation and physical site establishment.
