Why Join Us | DuPont Careers Job Description for position Requisition Legal Entity 入社法人：デュポン・スペシャルティ・プロダクツ株式会社 出向先法人：デュポン・MCC株式会社 (DMC) Position Title サプライチェーンプランナー（輸出・グローバル連携／SAP・S&OP） Business Unit Shelter - Corian® - Japan Report to DMC サプライチェーン リーダー Location 東京本社（山王パークタワー ※溜池山王駅直結） Employment Status 正社員 職務概要 日本国内で生産された製品をグローバルに供給するためのサプライチェーン計画を担います。 グローバルの需要計画を基に、生産・供給計画へ落とし込み、関係部署との連携を通じて、サービスレベル、在庫、コストの最適化を実現します。 主な業務内容 グローバル需要予測に基づき、設備能力・リードタイム・在庫目標を考慮した生産・供給計画を策定する グローバル需給担当、国内生産部門、倉庫・物流パートナーと連携し、需給バランスを踏まえた輸出供給の安定運営を主体的に推進する SAPを用いた各種オーダーの作成・実行管理を行い、納期遵守を確保する 在庫、バックオーダー、サービスレベルをモニタリングし、需給ギャップや供給リスクを特定し、先手で対応する コスト・在庫・サービスの観点でサプライチェーンパフォーマンスを分析し、意思決定および継続的改善に貢献する 応募要件 必須要件 サプライチェーン計画、生産計画、または関連業務における実務経験（5年以上） 製造業における需給計画および実行管理の経験 ERP（SAP等）およびExcelを用いたデータ分析スキル 日本語力（ネイティブレベル） 英語力（グローバルメンバーとの会議・メール・資料作成を通じた業務遂行が可能なレベル） クロスファンクショナルな環境において、需給計画から実行までを主体的に推進できる能力 業務で活かせる経験（歓迎要件）： 輸出入業務またはグローバル需給調整の経験 S&OP／統合計画の経験 外資系企業での業務経験 Join our Talent Community to stay connected with us!
