  • Required Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of modern computer hardware, wired and wireless networking, handheld barcode scanners, IP phones, printers, and peripheral computer equipment required
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 11 Enterprise/LTSC, and Android/IOS operating systems required
  • Experience configuring and maintaining laptops and desktops in an enterprise environment required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2-3 years' experience working in an enterprise helpdesk setting required
  • Excellent business English communication skills, both verbal and written (Level B1/B2)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and/or collaboratively with remote peers
  • Communication and customer service skills required
