We are looking for a Team Assistant to join the Benefit Street Partners (BSP) Business Development Team in Tokyo, Japan. This role has the primary responsibility to provide a full range of business support and administrative services. How You Will Add Value? Provide effective diary and email management support Arrange internal and external meetings with clients and stakeholders Coordinate local and global video/teleconferencing requests, including room bookings and technical set‑up Manage and reconcile monthly corporate card expenses and invoices Handle all travel arrangements, including itineraries and visa applications Prepare team meeting agendas and manage logistics, including minutes and action items where required Provide on‑the‑ground support for internal and external client events and functions Manage relationships with external vendors What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role?
