Where You'll Make a Difference Process and validate PO and non-PO invoices, including VAT and withholding tax calculations. Ensure supplier documentation complies with local legal and tax requirements. Manage vendor payments by scheduling and executing payment runs. Handle vendor inquiries and resolve finance-related issues in a timely manner. Provide high-quality service to stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams. Troubleshoot complex issues, escalating when necessary, and support incident resolution. Support P2P operations, drive process improvements, and optimize payment processes. Lead or contribute to AP-related projects, ensure policy compliance, support audits, and maintain cross-functional collaboration (procurement, logistics, customer service), while mentoring team members. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional qualification) Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and processes Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and email tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality customer service Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive, can-do mindset and team-oriented approach How Would You Stand Out? Experience with SAP and Business Warehouse systems Study abroad background is highly preferred Knowledge of additional languages and/or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus Why Choose Us?
