Oversee New Business sales for Region 61 / Indiana and Illinois coverage area Your tasks Serve as a liaison between Customers the Dealer Network and Kardex Remstar Corporate headquarters. Maintain a positive, productive working relationship with fellow Area Sales Managers and Regional Business Director as well as promote cooperation and trust among other dealers in the network. Promote the entire Kardex Remstar Product Line. Follow and adhere to all the policies and procedures as defined in the Kardex Remstar corporate Employee Handbook. Understand and practice the Kardex Remstar Code of Conduct. On an annual basis assist with the Regional Business Director to develop and plan the Quota Objectives and Budget for the Territory. Decide when a direct selling effort may be required and carry out all sales functions if needed. Cooperate with the Marketing Department and support their efforts when needed. This may entail setting up Customer Visits or furnishing sales reports when asked. Develop Target Market opportunities within the Region and industry for both the Dealers and Kardex Remstar Corporate resources to pursue. Your profile
