Requirements

- Strong experience with digital collaboration platforms (JIRA, Slack, SharePoint) and process optimization methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to identify automation opportunities and lead technology adoption initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills.
- Data-driven approach to identifying problems, evaluating solutions, and measuring project success.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI agents, chatbots, or knowledge management automation tools.
- Certification or working knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
