Finance Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Executive to support the organisation's finance and accounting functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial transactions, account reconciliations, fixed asset management, statutory reporting, budgeting support, and other finance-related duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records and process financial transactions.
• Verify and process payments, claims, and receipts.
• Support cash flow and banking administration.
• Manage fixed asset records and annual verification exercises.
• Assist with audits, regulatory submissions, and funding reports.
• Support budgeting and management reporting.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and other assigned projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 4-year experience in finance or accounting functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the social service or non-profit sector will be an advantage.
