Responsibilities
- Operations & Reporting
- Responsible for internal role transition reporting. Timely updating of roles and working directly with leaders and TFLs to ensure client support. Continued effort to streamline processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency

- Validate data inputs to ensure consistency and reliability in reporting.
- Oversee ongoing support of practice management reports
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work with all operations teams in process improvement, communication, and support needs affecting the successful delivery of internal tasks
- Proactively communicate issues and solutions to team members
- Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to team-wide operational improvements

Requirements
- Education/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Required
- Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field - Preferred
- Technical/Soft Skills
- Alteryx - Preferred
- Power Bi and Power Automate - Preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Required
- Advanced Excel skills - Preferred
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail - Required

- 2-5 years relevant experience - Required
