Perform body massages, facials, body scrubs, and wellness treatments professionally. Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Recommend suitable treatments and retail products to guests. Ensure guest comfort and confidentiality at all times. Monitor stock levels of spa products and supplies. Follow all spa operational procedures and safety standards. Maintain professional appearance and behavior. Certification in massage therapy or beautician training. Minimum 2-3 years of spa experience, preferably in hotels or resorts. Good communication skills in English and excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of spa products and wellness treatments. Ability to perform at least 5 treatments per day.
