Manage and lead shift workers to meet manufacturing KPIs. Assisting the Production Manager in managing and executing production operations. Lead a group of Sr. Technicians and operators to ensure that production lines run without any problems, with zero operational execution failures, minimize unplanned downtime, products are manufactured to the required quality standard, and adhere to customer/safety/industry-related regulations. The supervisor, with a job function, leads from the Test and bagging area, manages manpower efficiently, meets performance targets, mentors junior technicians, and works closely with the Supporting team engineers to optimize production and drive process improvements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership & Supervision: Lead a group of shift coordinators to ensure smooth daily operations. Lead the team in ensuring process KPIV/KPOV, Quality, and Safety KPI's are in control Prepare and review pass-down reports for the incoming shift. Act as a backup for the Operations Manager when needed. Mentor and train all levels of Technicians and new hires. Conduct Daily Production Meeting and report out daily. Assist in executing Management programs/events related to manufacturing operators/technicians. Production & Process Optimization: Monitor machine utilization and performance to meet output expectations. Familiar and utilize the Spotfire, DDA, Factory Look, Statistical tools in the daily jobs. Execute On Hold if any quality issue triggered. Work with engineers to qualify new products and processes. Support product conversion activity and process evaluations. Able to manage to clear over-WIP inventory. Work together with Test Engineers if facing any issue related to test operation. Escalate ahead to relevant PIC and management on any issues foresee. Make sure all shift staffs are comply to all the rules, regulation and adhere to SOP during work hours. Technical & Quality Assurance: Perform MESA transactions, including yield loss, WIP maintenance and tracking. Ensure full compliance with IMS/RBA standards and set an example for all employees. Lead line audits and 7S housekeeping enforcement. Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with engineers. Additional Responsibilities: Participate in engineering improvement projects and provide technical insights. Participate in engineering discussions on FMEA, 8D, and SPC. Support cross-functional areas and take on multiple activites responsibilities. Assist in preparing and submitting qualification samples and data reports. REQUIRED: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related fields. PREFERRED: Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Candidates with less experience may be considered based on job scope and training support.
