A specialist engineering services company supporting high-tech manufacturing industries is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive to join their growing Singapore finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a hands-on role suited for someone who takes ownership of their work, is comfortable with project-based accounting, and wants to grow within a technically complex, regionally active business. Respomsibilities: Handle day-to-day bookkeeping including vendor and client invoicing, bank reconciliations, and manage banking matters as required Prepare management reports, project P&L, cash flow forecasts, and annual budgets Liaise with tax agents and handle GST, corporate tax, and other statutory filings and payments across relevant jurisdictions Ensure all reports comply with Group policies, applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements Follow up closely on AR collections from clients and coordinate prompt AP payments to vendors, subcontractors, and other counterparties Assist with project financing applications including compiling project information, cash flow schedules, and supporting documentation for bank submissions Monitor and control intercompany transactions, AR/AP balances, cash flow, and balance sheet items Coordinate with company secretaries on corporate filings and statutory compliance matters Support external auditors and assist in the timely completion of statutory audit exercises Assist with ad-hoc assignments and special projects as required
