You will work directly with creators, monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and help shape the programs that support our creator community. This role combines marketing strategy, performance analysis, creator partnerships, and operational execution. We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable reviewing performance metrics, managing creator relationships, and collaborating across teams to improve results. Key Responsibilities Creator Success & Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for creators, helping them maximize success while maintaining strong long-term partnerships. Creator Account Management Monitor and manage creator accounts, ensuring creators have the support, guidance, and resources needed to perform successfully. Performance Analytics Analyze creator performance, engagement trends, and program effectiveness to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Strategic Growth Initiatives Partner with leadership to develop and execute initiatives that improve creator acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall program performance. Program Operations Maintain creator records, performance tracking, reporting systems, and operational workflows that support the creator ecosystem. Market Intelligence Stay informed on industry trends, creator economy developments, gaming culture, streaming platforms, and emerging opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with operations, partnerships, community, and leadership teams to ensure creator initiatives align with broader company goals. Creator-Focused Mindset You enjoy building relationships and helping creators succeed while balancing both business goals and creator needs. Analytical Rigor You are comfortable working with data and performance metrics. You can identify trends, evaluate outcomes, and make informed recommendations.
