- Drive success in annual CCP-HCP placements
- End-to-end project management and execution when interfacing with WSG and companies
- Collaborate with Finance on grant disbursements
- Consulting [25%]
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads; schedule and lead discovery calls to uncover client needs and convert opportunities into engagements
- Research target companies and sectors to identify business development opportunities; maintain and grow the client pipeline database
- Hunt for and pursue consulting leads with tenacity; own the leads tracker and drive pipeline momentum towards deal closure
- Producer role focusing on workshop setup (logistics, execution and admin support)
- Grants support for relevant client cases
- Assessments [25%]
- Monitoring utilisation of tokens by companies
- Assessment setup for companies (setting up company accounts, sending assessment links, monitoring assessment completion milestones)
- Coordinate and schedule Consultants' time for debrief sessions to participants
- Interface with vendor (technical difficulties encountered on DM backend, collating individual reports for companies, billing conduit between SHRI Finance and vendor)

- Support SHRI industry initiatives; coordinate panelists, speakers, vendors and partners

- About the Talent
- Minimum 3 year's HR consulting experience from consulting houses covering Singapore and/or regional clients in APAC, with a demonstrable hunger for business development and a track record of pursuing and winning new client engagements
- Open to fresh graduates who have actively participated in university's consulting clubs and have had experience with casing
- A natural hunter-commercially driven, hungry to win new business, and motivated by building relationships that convert into revenue; energetic, highly systematic and meticulous, results-driven, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in and across teams
- Capable of navigating complexity and shifting priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
