Responsibilities

- Track, analyze and report campaign performance, pipeline impact and ROMI , leveraging Salesforce and Tableau as reporting tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- 8+ years of B2B program marketing experience, preferably in technology, Cloud or partner ecosystems
- Proven experience working with strategic partners or alliances
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across sales, marketing, alliances and external partners
- Strong project management, communication and execution skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and pipeline contribution
- Ability to work independently, influence without authority and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent spoken and written English required; Portuguese preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 25% in accordance with Red Hat guidelines

The Red Hat Marketing team is looking for a Ecosystem Marketing Specialist for Cloud Ecosystem to join our regional marketing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing joint marketing strategies and programs with strategic Cloud partners (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Oracle) to drive demand, accelerate pipeline and support revenue growth across the region.
