Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the business rhythms of Service, including strategic planning cycles, business performance, financial tracking, and executive reporting
- Partner with Service leadership to define, refine, and dive the long term strategy for Service

- Support talent planning and departmental operating reviews in partnership with HR, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Business Leaders
- Conduct structured problem solving to uncover insights and shape recommendations that enhance execution and business outcomes
- Support the implementation and adoption of key initiatives through structured change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement
- Act as a thought partner to department heads and frontline leaders to translate strategy into action
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience (or equivalent experience), ideally in financial services, consulting, or business management roles, with a demonstrated track record of performance and impact.
- Core Competencies :
- Experience with PowerPoint and the ability to consolidate information into a cohesive and coherent story.
- Experience with demonstrated success in strategic planning and project management, with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to timely execution. Skilled at managing multiple priorities independently and effectively.
- Experience with analytics and reporting, including the ability to interpret metrics, identify patterns, and synthesize insights from key performance indicators.
- Proven ability to build relationships and effectively partner with senior stakeholders across functions.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and drive work to completion.
- Pay Range:
- $102,176.00 - $170,259.00
- Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Additionally, LPL Total Rewards package is highly competit
