Working closely with the Engineering & Maintenance Manager, Technical Team Leaders, Project Managers, and Operations teams, you drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, technical reliability, and team development. What will you do? Strategy & Organization Embed safety as the highest priority in all activities and decision-making. Drive the implementation and development of a line-centric maintenance organization. Coordinate and execute the site maintenance strategy. Lead and develop the technical team, including Reliability Engineering, Planning & Scheduling, Technical Warehouse, and Integrity functions. Ensure competence development, performance management, and succession planning. Establish structured maintenance processes and work practices. Performance & Continuous Improvement Define, implement, and monitor maintenance KPIs aligned with site objectives. Analyze maintenance and production performance and identify improvement opportunities. Ensure governance and follow-up of planning compliance, budget performance, and operational KPIs. Improve reliability of safety-critical and quality-critical equipment. Promote continuous improvement methodologies, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Knowledge of Reliability Engineering, RCM, and maintenance best practices is an advantage.
