Job Title Director of Football Scouting Department Football Operations Worker Type Temporary (Fixed Term) Pay Type Salary Benefit Eligible Yes Job Description Summary Under the guidance of the General Manager will assist all recruiting efforts while adhering to NCAA, Mid-American Conference, University and departmental rules and regulations. Job Description Duties and Responsibilities Assist the Director of Player Personnel to provide evaluations on prospective student-athletes Establish and maintain effective relationships with coaches and individuals associated with prospective student-athletes Help implement recruiting and communication plans for prospective student-athletes Help maintain the football recruiting databases and ensure all information is accurate and up to date. Assist with official and unofficial visits to campus and scouting visits. Assist the Director of Football Operations with other administrative duties associated with practice, competition, and football related events and projects as needed. Other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach.
