Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience is defined as: 1) Provide guidance on the monitoring of classification regulations; 2) Establish security policies and procedures for organization and all stakeholders; 3) Conduct security education programs that provide security briefings to all personnel; and 4) Conduct physical security inspections for facilities to find security vulnerabilities. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-02 or GS-11).
