Job Description & Requirements Attractive Yearly Bonus 5 Days work week: 8.30am - 5.30pm Medical and Dental benefits Transport provided in various locations A leading 3PL logistics company is looking for a Freight and Forwarding Assistant to: Job Description: Coordinate the shipping documents and instruction from customer Preparation of HBL & MBL Monitoring of vessel movement, finalize the release of HBL to customer Sending pre-alert documents to destination office Coordinate with transport contractor to pick up empty container Coordinate with warehouse for stuffing of container Verifying contractor invoice and billing to customer Other routine shipment related coordination and documentations Other duties as assigned Job Requirement: Candidate must possess at least an "O" level/Professional Certificate/NiTEC Computer literate Preferably with some basic understanding of NVO operation and documentation At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred in a Warehouse/Logistic industry Initiative and willingness to learn Able to work independently Attentive to details and good coordination skills Must be willing to work in Pioneer area Able to commit to overtime as and when required *Salary will be offered based on experience and education.
