This in-store position plays a vital role in fostering a strong and collaborative relationship between our virtual BDC and the Porsche store, driving alignment and ultimately boosting sales performance. Primary Responsibilities: Maximizing internet lead and portfolio management TO performance Facilitate effective TO distribution to sales advisors Follow up with TOs to ensure workflows have been executed Reviewing internal notes to ensure each TO is handled promptly and personally Keeping daily notes on TO activity to ensure regular follow-up and accurate reporting Being fully prepared for daily appointments Confirming appointments prior to the scheduled arrival time Rescheduling "no-show" appointments when necessary Understanding the importance and benefits of the retail business Identifying opportunities to build trust and mutual respect
