About the role
The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Time Management Consultant will beresponsible for supporting, configuring, and enhancing HR systems, with a focuson Employee Central and Time Management modules. In this role, you will: - Work closely with business processusers to gather, analyze, and validate functional requirements. - Translate business needs into systemconfigurations and recommend best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functionalteams (e.g., payroll, integration, IT) to ensure seamless system integration 🔷 Key Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day support for SAPSuccessFactors EC and Time Management modules, including incident resolutionand service requests. - Analyze business requirements andimplement system configurations for Employee Central and Time Management (e.g.,work schedules, time recording, leave management, and time valuation rules). - Investigate and resolve issues relatedto payroll integration, time data replication, and system interfaces. - Monitor and manage datasynchronization between SuccessFactors and downstream systems such as payroll,clock-in/out system and in house workflow system. - Support periodic activities such aspayroll runs, time sheet approvals, and data audits. - Help users to build complex reports. - Collaborate with HR, payroll, and ITteams to troubleshoot system and process issues. - Perform system testing, including unittesting, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Maintain system documentation,including functional specifications, configurations, and user guides. - Identify opportunities for processimprovements and recommend system enhancements. - Ensure compliance with organizationalpolicies and data governance standards. 🔷 Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields. Experience/ Skills 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management. Strong knowledge of EC data models, business rules, workflows, and position management. Experience in Time Management configurations, including time profiles, work schedules, holiday calendars, time recording, and time valuation. Understanding of integration between SuccessFactors EC/Time and payroll systems (e.g., SAP Payroll or third-party payroll). Familiarity with tools such as Integration Center, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), or APIs. Experience in troubleshooting data sync and replication issues. Knowledge of HR business processes, including employee lifecycle, leave management, and time tracking. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience in handling support tickets and working within SLA-driven environments. Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders. Experience in Payroll, Learning Management System (LMS), and Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) modules is an added advantage.
